Thursday 12 DecemberHannah’s job interview at the hospital gets off to a turbulent start as she and Nate prep Josh for surgery. They’re shocked to discover that Josh’s mother shot him. Andy blames Maddy and the Braxtons for Josh’s serious condition. Heath tells Andy the blame lies squarely at the feet of their fathers. Ricky realises that Andy was the one who brought the gun into the situation. Meanwhile, Brax is processed into prison, knowing any control or privacy he ever had has slipped away.
Wednesday 11 DecemberThe day of sentencing has arrived, and Ricky is worried. Kyle asks Casey and Tamara if they can all drop the awkwardness and act like a family, but they're left devastated when the court sentences Brax to 15 years with a non-parole period of 10 years.
Tuesday 10 DecemberWorried about how Indi’s dealing with the news of Romeo's death, Dex comes up with a plan to keep an eye on her. But when he joins her at her gym class, Indi cottons on very quickly that Dex is there to babysit her. When Robyn arrives, Indi warns that this will be an intense session. Dex is right to be scared, and ends up limping away from the class. Robyn, however, is super pumped. After the class, she asks Indi if she’s planning to end things with Chris. Indi, offended, says that even if she was going to break up with Chris, Robyn wouldn’t have a chance of being with him. Robyn antagonises Indi, telling her she’s the kind of girl who never can never really love someone. Still raw from news of Romeo’s death, Indi slaps Robyn. April and Dex see this and realise Indi isn’t coping at all.
Monday 9 DecemberIndi’s under stress organising Romeo’s remains to be returned to her. She lies to Chris about what’s bothering her and pushes him away. Dex realises something is terribly wrong, and Indi reveals Romeo has died. Chris, worried about Indi’s attitude, goes to Sasha for advice. Robyn overhears and tells Chris he deserves better. Chris is convinced Robyn’s behind Indi’s cold attitude and yells at her to leave him alone, humiliating her. Irene tells Chris not to bully Robyn, and he apologises. Chris seeks out Indi who reveals that Romeo has died, and that she needs Chris to give her time and space. Chris wants to be there for her, but Indi angrily asks him to go. Robyn sees this and sympathises. She knows all about rejection.
Friday 6 DecemberAs Sasha questions whether or not she is good for Spencer, he is opening up to Alf about his bipolar disorder. Dex and April continue their quest to make Nate feel welcome. Hannah and Zac decide to move in together. Liam phones Indi with tragic news about Romeo. Jett invites Marilyn to dinner.
Thursday 5 DecemberAfter Indi and Chris help them work through their issues, Spencer and Sasha visit the diner and find Roo still upset over Maddy’s disappearance. Spencer insists that Maddy’s pretty tough, but when Roo offers him Maddy’s room while she’s away and then puts him under pressure, he loses his cool and snaps.
Wednesday 4 DecemberSick with guilt, Brax confesses to Ricky that as a teenager he accidently killed Johnny Barrett in a bid to protect his family. Johnny had been threatening the Braxtons while Danny was in jail, and a young Brax had to step up. Things went wrong, resulting in Johnny’s death, and Brax went to Adam for help in getting rid of the evidence. Now Brax’s interest in Josh is explained – it’s linked to his father’s death.
Tuesday 3 DecemberRicky is worried about where Brax is and what he’s doing. Heath is evasive about where Brax is, but tells her he’s probably not in trouble – they have to trust Brax. Ricky discovers that Heath is studying for his personal trainer course. Ricky angrily tells Heath not to blow it with Bianca and tell her the truth. Heath doesn’t want to disappoint her if he fails, but Ricky sends him on his way to tell Bianca. But his insecurities prevent him coming forward.
Monday 2 DecemberApril’s put her foot in it with Nate Cooper, the new doctor, but he doesn’t seem to mind. In fact, he’s way too relaxed about being a mentor in April’s opinion. She’s determined to win him over, as Dex dubs him ‘Dr Sexy’. April’s convinced that Nate has a secret in his past that makes him indifferent as a mentor. In order to turn their working relationship around so as not to repeat her mistakes with Bradley, April investigates him. She overhears a hushed, angry phone conversation and mistakenly believes Nate is heartbroken. In actual fact, he is trying to change hospitals and makes that clear to Dex and April.
Friday 29 NovemberJett tries to smooth things over with the journalist, but it’s clear that his offer of sweets just aren’t going to cut it! Marilyn’s enthusiastic tour guide routine isn’t a hit with him, and he’s quick to point out the inaccuracies in Marilyn’s made up history of the Bay. It looks like they’re in for a long ride. The tour is a disaster, but most of the tourists loved Marilyn’s humour - even if the journo doesn't. Just when John and Marilyn believe all is lost, Roo reveals the journo never showed up...so who was that guy?
Thursday 28 NovemberMarilyn and John pin their hopes on Jett’s tech abilities to recover the file, but Marilyn didn’t save it. She wants to postpone the tour, but Jett suggests that Marilyn just make it up. She confides in Alf about her fears of failing as a tour guide. John needs it to be a success. John’s a nervous wreck the day of the first run, and Jett decides to hang out with his friends. John tells him to go, but it’s clear he wants Jett’s support on the maiden voyage. Marilyn and John are worried about the journo who’ll be covering their bus tour – they don’t know what he looks like, and Roo suggests they be nice to everyone. However, when a handsome stranger arrives for the tour, already disparaging, it looks like Summer Bay Bus Tours is off to a bumpy start. Jett arrives though, worried for John and Marilyn, and the pair of them are grateful.
Wednesday 27 NovemberThings are tense between Maddy and Alf after he put his foot down about her relationship with Josh. Roo admonishes him, asking him not to push too hard with Maddy. Brax brings home Josh, much to everyone’s surprise. Brax is evasive about his reasons for bringing Josh home. Josh is equally confused about Brax’s charity. When Casey arrives home in good spirits, Tamara by his side, things are a bit awkward between him and Kyle. Kyle still loves Tamara, but it’s clear Tamara wants to be with Casey. Casey is hurt to find Josh in the house especially as he also left him for dead when Andy rammed him off the road. Brax tries to reach out to Josh, who’s resistant. He’s suspicious of Brax’s interest and if Brax is just after information on his brother, Andy. With no other options, Josh takes up Brax’s offer for him to stay.
Monday 25 NovemberIrene and Roo are perplexed by the arrival of Robyn, who claims to be Chris’ girlfriend. Chris brings Indi to the Diner, only to scarper as soon as he spots Robyn. Chris plays hide and seek around the bay avoiding Robyn until he’s confronted by Irene and Roo. He reveals that he hooked up with Robyn when he was travelling, but he hasn’t seen her since. However, he stopped replying to her messages but never made it clear he’d broken it off with Robyn. He promises to sort it out, but Roo is dismayed when Robyn shows up to the gym wanting a membership. Robyn gets a text to meet Chris. He gives her some lame excuses about not staying in touch, and tells her it’s over – however, he lies about having a girlfriend and says he just needs space. From a distance, Indi sees Chris embracing Robyn and immediately gets the wrong idea.
Friday 22 NovemberAfter his collapse, Spencer is rushed to hospital. After numerous tests, including a blood test, come up clear, Spencer is about to be discharged. Is it then that Chris is forced to reveal that Spencer has Bi-Polar and that if the blood test was clear, it means it’s off his medication. Spencer is livid that Chris has betrayed him and worried that he’s ruined things with Sasha. He admits to Sasha that taking medication makes everything seem dull, and that when he stops taking them, everything is fun and exciting. But Sasha points out that it’s also dangerous and makes him lash out. Spencer doesn’t know how to deal with it and tells her to go. April checks on Spencer and tells him that living with a disorder is a part of life, and that he shouldn’t go through it alone. Spencer doesn’t want everyone looking at him the way they did when he was first diagnosed. April tells them strength is not hiding and going through it alone, real strength is admitting the issue and asking for help to deal with it. Spencer finally relents, and asks Sasha to help him. Indi tells Chris that she was a little disappointed that he didn’t confide in her about Spencer and that she should be there to help him out. Chris agrees and claims there will be no more secrets. Meanwhile, at the Pier Diner, a mystery woman has arrived looking for Chris, and she claims that she is Chris’ girlfriend.
